I read all the time from other owners about things such as Geek Squads $19.95 per month unlimited repairs and how to counter things like that. No matter how many times I see these things or hear about them I always come to the same conclusion and that is to "worry about my own business". I do not have the time or the patience to track what all the big box companies are doing nor do I care what they are doing. I will never be able to compete against any of them in price on repairs and probably on parts also.
